The founding story
After 15 years working inside enterprise data and CRM environments — leading digital transformation at scale across Saudi industry — Khaled Ali kept seeing the same pattern: large AI budgets, expensive consultants, and very little running in production. The gap between what AI could do and what enterprises were actually getting was not a technology problem. It was a delivery problem. OTMA was founded in 2022 to close that gap.

Khaled has spent over 15 years leading data, CRM, and digital transformation engagements across Saudi Arabia's largest industrial and financial enterprises. He holds deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure AI, and enterprise data architecture — and has personally overseen more than 30 technology programmes from inception to production. He founded OTMA because he believes enterprise AI should be measured in outcomes, not in slide decks.
