Design

Deploy
We build, test, and ship to your infrastructure. You review working software at each milestone — not slide decks. By week 8 you have a production agent running on your infrastructure, owned by your team.
Optimise
An AI agent improves with use. We monitor performance, retrain models on new data, and expand scope based on what we learn in production. The first 90 days of optimisation are included in every engagement.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. OTMA agents are designed to integrate with your existing ERP, CRM, and data infrastructure. We connect to what you already have — we do not rip and replace.
What data do you need access to?
Typically: your transactional system (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar), historical records for model training, and your reporting layer. We do a full data audit in week 1 so there are no surprises.
Who owns the agent after it is built?
You do. All code, models, and infrastructure run on your cloud account. We hand over full documentation and train your team to operate it independently.
